📘 No Returns or Refunds for Digital eBooks

All eBooks sold on ebooks99.in are digital products, delivered instantly via download link or email.
Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns of any digital product.

  • We do not provide refunds once the eBook is delivered and accessible.

Since digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded, we are unable to issue refunds for completed and successful orders.

💳 Refunds Only in Case of Technical Errors

We understand that technical issues may occasionally occur.
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Payment was deducted but the customer did NOT receive access to the eBook.

  2. Duplicate/extra payment was deducted due to a technical or payment gateway error.

  3. Transaction failed, but the amount was still debited from your account.

In such cases, after verifying the transaction details, we will process your refund promptly.
